• TUMBL (Time Under Minimum Backlog) — I built a solutions-led dashboard and underlying AI model to identify when associate capacity falls below minimum staffing levels, quantifying the cost of that idling. This visibility drove targeted staffing interventions across the network. Delivered: $23M in annualized savings.

• MDD (Multis DPMO Deck) – I root caused, and developed a modern automated reporting and machine learning tool that created proactive alerts as sites began to exceed their total capacity creating backlog and dwells. This tool automatically recommends headcount shifts to balance shipment count. Delivered: $28M in annualized savings.
